1 General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 20bdt platform ("Platform", "we", or "Site") and its users ("you" or "Member"). 20bdt operates a trusted online betting and casino service for players in Bangladesh.

By accessing this site, creating an account, or using any service, you are expressing your agreement to all of the following terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

These terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, which form an integral part of these terms.

2 Account Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

20bdt's services are only for individuals aged 21 or older. Minors creating accounts or using the platform is strictly prohibited. We may request proof of identity for age verification at any time.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and all earned bonuses and winnings being forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, truthful, and accurate information at the time of registration. If false or misleading information is provided, 20bdt reserves the right to close the account at any time. If any account details change, you must contact us immediately.

2.4 Account Security

Keeping your account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, go to the login page immediately to change your password and notify our support team.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

20bdt currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank). Deposits or withdrawals through any method other than these three are not accepted.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Typical withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes

3.3 Fund Eligibility

Funds deposited into your account must be your own legally earned money. Depositing using a third party's account or card is prohibited. Withdrawals will always be made through the same method used for the deposit.

3.4 Verification Process

Before a withdrawal, 20bdt reserves the right to verify your identity. As part of verification, a national ID, mobile number confirmation, or other documents may be requested. Following this process is mandatory for the prevention of money laundering.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

20bdt offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To receive the bonus, a specified amount must be deposited for the first time and the account must be eligible.

• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
• Example: ৳26,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus (up to the limit) → total balance ৳41,000

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing a received bonus, you must place bets 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not including the deposit).

• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets required to withdraw bonus winnings

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period, and any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• If attempts to cash out a bonus, fraud, or manipulation are detected, the account may be suspended.
• 20bdt reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Only one account per household or IP address is eligible for the welcome bonus.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is unintentionally not processed due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the relevant stake will be returned.

5.2 Fraud & Suspicious Activity

Fraudulent activity, using software to gain an artificial advantage, and attempting to influence game outcomes through illegitimate means are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and the balance forfeited.

5.3 Game Providers & Fairness

20bdt works with Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and other internationally accredited game providers. All games use independent Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair outcomes. 20bdt does not control the results of any game.

5.4 Technical Issues

20bdt is not responsible for losses caused by server outages, internet disconnections, or other technical issues. In such situations, we will try to make a fair decision based on available logs and information.

6 VIP Program & Rewards

20bdt's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Promotion between VIP tiers depends on gaming activity and participation. VIP benefits may change at any time, and the final decision rests with 20bdt.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the 20bdt platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Opening an account using a false identity or information
• Using bots, automated software, or scripts
• Placing artificial bets or transactions with the intent to gain bonus benefits
• Conducting money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Harassing other users or disrupting the normal operation of the platform
• Using a third party's account or payment method

If you are found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities above, 20bdt reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit the balance. The relevant authorities may also be notified if necessary.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with 20bdt's Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information to third parties. However, information may be shared with trusted partners to meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, or improve services.

9 Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

10 Account Closure & Termination

10.1 Termination by You

10.2 Termination by 20bdt

20bdt reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances: violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, prolonged inactivity, or legal requirements. In some cases, this action may be taken without prior notice.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there have been no transactions or activity for an extended period. Contact our support team for information on the policy applicable to inactive accounts.

12 Limitation of Liability & Miscellaneous

12.1 Limitation of Liability

20bdt is not liable for any indirect losses, lost profits, or speculative damages. Our total liability will always be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.

12.2 Changes to Terms

20bdt reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will try to notify users as far in advance as possible. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Guidelines together form the entire agreement between 20bdt and the user. Any previous oral or written understanding is considered void under this agreement.

12.4 Severability

If any part of these terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
